The Governing Documents of the Senseny
Glen Homeowners Association incude the By Laws, the Deed of Dedication, and the Restrictive Covenants which are actually part
of the Deed of Dedication. The bylaws and covenants provided herein are for general reference only and are not intended for
use as contract documents. The contract documents governing the Senseny Glen Homeowners Association should have
been provided to each property owner at the time of property purchase by the settlement attorney. They are filed with the
Clerk of the Court of Frederick County, Virginia. Homeowners wishing a full copy of the documents should contact the
HOA Secretary. There is a small fee associated with the full documents, to cover the cost of copying.
